1️⃣ Program Overview

* The Program rewards individuals and creators who promote RV Overnights memberships through tracked referral links and discount codes.
* All tracking and payouts are managed via Refersion.
* Communication, marketing strategy, onboarding, and ongoing support are scaled to each affiliate’s engagement and tier level.

2️⃣ Enrollment & Onboarding

* Affiliate participation is subject to approval at RV Overnights’ discretion.
* All affiliates must maintain accurate contact and payout information within Refersion.

* Onboarding, marketing, and program support are scaled based on affiliate engagement and tier level.
* RV Overnights reserves the right to approve or deny applications at any time.

3️⃣ Commission Details

* Commissions are paid only on completed, paid memberships.
* Free or promotional subscriptions (including trial or comped accounts) do not qualify for commissions.

* Commissions are calculated on the net amount received by RV Overnights after discounts, refunds, or chargebacks.
* Bonuses or limited-time offers (e.g., blitz campaigns) will be announced via Refersion or email.
* Standard 30-day cookie window with last-click attribution applies.

4️⃣ Payments

* Payouts are processed monthly (Net 30) via PayPal or ACH. We recommend affiliates set up Refersion's Unified Payments if they do not have a PayPal account.
* $25 minimum payout threshold; smaller balances roll over automatically.
* Adjustments may occur for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.

* Any fraudulent or invalid activity may result in delayed or forfeited payouts.

5️⃣ Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote RV Overnights truthfully and ethically. The following are prohibited:

* Paid ad bidding on “RV Overnights” or similar trademarks.
* Listing on coupon or discount aggregation sites.

* Promoting a discount code that does not belong to them

* Spam, misleading claims, or false advertising.

* Misuse of brand assets, unauthorized discounts, or false partnerships.

Note that FTC disclosure is required for sponsored content where the payment relationship does not seem clear to the average consumer. Affiliates must clearly disclose their paid partnership using appropriate labels such as #ad, #affiliate, or “I may earn a commission from this link.” Contact [email protected] for more clarity on this point.

6️⃣ Brand Assets & Content

* Affiliates may use approved brand assets provided in the Refersion portal.

* All other creative materials require prior approval.

* RV Overnights may share or repost affiliate content (UGC) with proper credit.

7️⃣ Termination & Suspension

RV Overnights may suspend or terminate accounts for:

* Fraudulent, deceptive, or self-referral activity

* Violation of these Terms or FTC disclosure guidelines
* Brand misrepresentation or inappropriate content
* Inactivity exceeding six (6) months
* Upon termination for cause, pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited at RV Overnights’ discretion.

8️⃣ Legal & Liability

* Affiliates act as independent contractors and are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.
* RV Overnights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
* Total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed commissions paid in the prior six (6) months.

9️⃣ Modification of Terms

RV Overnights may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Data is stored securely in Refersion and shared only with trusted partners for program communication and support.

We use cookies to track referrals and credit commissions accurately. By joining the program, you consent to this tracking and to receiving necessary account or campaign updates by email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Your information will never be sold or shared outside of program operations. We keep your data only as long as needed for account management and legal compliance. You may request updates or deletion of your information by contacting [email protected].
