The Program rewards individuals and creators who promote RV Overnights memberships through tracked referral links and discount codes.
All tracking and payouts are managed via Refersion.
Nomadic Influence partners with RV Overnights to offer onboarding, guidance, and ongoing support aligned with each affiliate’s activity and tier level.

• Affiliate participation is subject to approval at RV Overnights’ discretion. All affiliates must maintain accurate contact and payout information within Refersion.

• Nomadic Influence offers communication, marketing strategy, and onboarding support that scales with each affiliate’s engagement and tier level.

• Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payout details in Refersion.

• RV Overnights reserves the right to approve or deny applications at any time.
  
  

• Paid on completed, non-refunded memberships.
  

• Recurring commissions apply only while the affiliate remains active and not promoting direct competitors.
  

• All bonuses or limited-time offers will be communicated via Refersion or email.
  

• Standard 90-day cookie window with last-click attribution.
  
  

• Monthly (Net 30) payouts via PayPal or ACH.
  

• $25 minimum payout; smaller balances roll over automatically.
  

• Adjustments may occur for refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.
  
  

Affiliates must promote RV Overnights truthfully and ethically. The following are prohibited:

• Paid ad bidding on “RV Overnights” or similar trademarks.
  

• Listing on coupon or discount aggregation sites.
  

• Spam or misleading promotional claims.
  

• Misuse of brand assets or false partnerships.
  
  

FTC Disclosure Required:
Affiliates must clearly disclose their partnership using labels such as “#ad,” “#affiliate,” or “I may earn a commission from this link.”

• Affiliates may use approved logos and content from the Affiliate Resource Center.

• Any other creative materials require prior approval.

• RV Overnights may share or repost affiliate UGC with appropriate credit.

RV Overnights may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent or self-referral activity

• Violation of these Terms or FTC guidelines

• Brand misrepresentation or inappropriate content

• Inactivity exceeding six (6) months
  Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is for cause.
  
  

Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for all applicable taxes.
RV Overnights and Nomadic Influence are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the affiliate in the prior six (6) months.

RV Overnights may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Information collected through the Affiliate Program—including your name, email, payment info, and link activity—is used only to manage your account, track referrals, and issue payouts. Data is stored securely in Refersion and shared only with trusted partners such as Nomadic Influence for program communication and support.

We use cookies to track referrals and credit commissions accurately. By joining the program, you consent to this tracking and to receiving necessary account or campaign updates by email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Your information will never be sold or shared outside of program operations. We keep your data only as long as needed for account management and legal compliance. You may request updates or deletion of your information by contacting [insert support email].

RV Overnights may update this policy periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
